Storage of biogas and any gas

YOU PRODUCE BIOGAS... WE STORE IT

It is necessary to store biogas depending on production, continuously or seasonally, and depending on produced quantity.

THE ECOTHANE GASHOLDER  :

  • Serves as buffer storage and regulates production.
  • Prevents the release of methane in the atmosphere, thereby it reduces global warming and prevents from the loss of earnings.
  • The triple-membrane keeps the biogas pressure constant, from 10 to 50 mbar depending on your need.
  • Before biogaz utilization, it makes possible to do filtration or composition control processes as requested by legislation.

OUR OFFER

Our triple membranes ECOTHANE spherical gasholders are designed to meet your needs of biogas storage:

  • The spherical shape of the inner membrane enables to distribute uniformly the pressure efforts; there are no weak points.
  • The spherical shape of the outer membrane enables a better resistance to severe weather: low wind resistance, low snow accumulation.
  • The air between the two membranes and the gas inside the inner membrane are at the same pressure level: there is no differential pressure applied on the inner membrane.
  • The membrane is UV resistant, anticryptogamic and is very resistant to humidity.
  • The gasholder can resist to temperature from -40°C to +70°C.

The equipments provided can:

  • Measure accurately the volume of gas stored, with Ultra Sound unit.
  • Ensure the safety of the facility in case of power outage.
  • ECOTHANE gasholders enable biogas storage with a low investment cost.

STORAGE IS ALSO A NEED FOR NEED FOR OTHER TYPES OF PRODUCTION AND GASES

Indeed, a gas evacuated into the atmosphere is lost, and can often be dangerous as well.

All low pressure gas can be stored, such as carbon dioxide (CO2), helium (ET), argon (AR).

The properties of your gas, required storage volume and the use you make of the gas will determine the type of gasholder you need.

They can be spherical, but also cylindrical, on rack or ring-type.

For rare gases or laboratory use gases, capacity may start at one cubic meter or 60L.
